Quality

Quality is present in every aspect of our farming. It's guaranteed by the use of “Good Agricultural Practices (BPA)” and by quality certifications. Besides that, we are members of the Brazilian Association of Avocado Producers (ABPA). Our work is based in:

  • 1. Food Security

    • Fruit quality analysis for certification

    • Traceability: control of the orchard by plots

    • Natural and preventive pest control

  • 2. Good Agricultural Practices (BPA)

    • Use of an ecological mower, preserving the soil

    • Soil treatment with green fertilizer in order to improve its organic matter content

  • 3. Environmental Security

    • Irrigation system: we apply the exact amount of water to each tree, saving water and making the avocado creamier

    • Monitoring of soil moisture

  • 4. Social Security

    • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

    • Cabin Tractor

    • Complete infrastructure with easy access for contributors

Sustainability

We believe in the balance between the three forces: Environmental, Social and Economics to build a better future, thus, we seek sustainability in our farm and business.

  • Pollination

We work with bee pollination, which allows pest control and fruit set in a natural way. Ensuring safer fruits versus those using chemical additives.

  • Water

We use authorized water for the micro-sprinkler and drip irrigation systems, consuming only the necessary.

  • Solar Energy

As part of our values, we are installing solar energy panels to generate clean, renewable energy, which also reduces carbon emissions into the atmosphere.

  • Preservation

We conserve and recover the Permanent Preservation Area.
